1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 17winrm platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The 17winrm platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time: under one hour.
• All transactions must use a payment method registered in the player's own name.
• Players are not permitted to use third-party payment methods for any transaction.

17winrm reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for fraud investigation or identity verification purposes. In such cases, the player will be notified and asked to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 17winrm are subject to specific terms and conditions. Players are responsible for fully understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.

Regarding the Welcome Bonus, the following terms apply:

• A bonus of 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.
• Example: Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,100 → Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.
• The bonus may only be claimed once per player.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or using prohibited betting techniques to meet wagering requirements, will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

Other promotions such as weekly cashback, the VIP programme, and periodic promotions will each have their own terms that will be stated at the time those promotions are launched.

6 Game Rules

All games available at 17winrm are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) that has received independent certification, and 17winrm has no control over those outcomes.

Players agree that:

• The result of each round or bet is final and cannot be disputed on technical grounds that do not affect the game outcome.
